Order Processing Times  Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

• Shipping cost is shown at checkout for lighter machines; we quote for heavier items such as long arms as they take two pallet spaces

We ship to every EU country plus Norway, Switzerland and worldwide.

Typical delivery times after dispatch:

• France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 3–5 working days

• Spain, Italy, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic: 4–7 working days

• Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Eastern Europe: 5–10 working days

• Rest of the world: 7–14+ working days (varies by destination)

EU VAT, Duties & Taxes (Post-Brexit)

Shipments from the UK to the EU are exports. You (the buyer) are responsible for:

• Import VAT (your country’s rate applied to goods value + shipping)

• Any customs/import duties (normally 0–4% for sewing machines)

• Having a valid EORI number mandatory for commercial imports into the EU,(Economic Operators Registration and Identification number)to receive shipments from the UK

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country.
