Engineered with a wide 450mm x 300mm sewing area and an advanced full-rotary hook system, this digital pattern machine delivers flawless seam quality and unmatched throughput for automotive interiors, bags, and heavy webbing

  • Full-Rotary Hook System: Specially engineered rotary hook configuration maintains stable thread tension and prevents thread untwisting on heavy-weight materials.
  • Digital Active Tension: Program precise needle thread tension changes directly into the stitch pattern to accommodate varying material thicknesses flawlessly. 
  • Programmable Intermediate Presser: Prevents stitch skipping and material damage by dynamically adjusting the lower dead point height during execution.
  • IP-420 Touch Panel: Large, intuitive color LCD screen allows operators to input, edit, and view stitch shapes and pattern configurations easily on the fly.
  • High-Speed Productivity: Reaches rapid sewing speeds up to 2,500 stitches per minute with rapid cycle start/stop times and lightning-fast thread trimming.
