Eligibility

Finance options are subject to credit approval and eligibility checks by the respective finance provider. You must be 18 years or older and a UK resident to apply. Business finance options require valid business registration details.

Application Process

Finance applications are processed at checkout by selecting your preferred payment method. Approval is instant in most cases, subject to the finance provider's credit assessment. Castle Sewing Machines Ltd does not make credit decisions - all applications are assessed by the finance provider.

Payment Terms

Shop Pay Instalments: Split your purchase into 6 equal monthly payments at 0% interest. First payment due at checkout, remaining payments automatically charged monthly.

Iwoca: Business customers can spread payments over 3-12 months at 0% interest. Repayment schedule agreed at application. Early repayment available without penalty.

Klarna: Pay in 3 equal instalments over 60 days at 0% interest. First payment due at purchase, second payment after 30 days, final payment after 60 days.

Late Payments

Late or missed payments may incur fees from your finance provider and could affect your credit rating. Please contact your finance provider immediately if you experience payment difficulties.

Returns & Refunds

Our standard returns policy applies to financed purchases. If you return goods purchased on finance, your finance agreement will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded according to our returns policy. You must contact the finance provider to cancel the agreement.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring all payments are made on time to your finance provider. Ensure your payment details remain valid and up to date. Review all finance terms provided by the finance provider before completing your purchase.

Shop Pay Instalments is provided by Affirm. Iwoca finance is provided by iwoca Ltd. Klarna finance is provided by Klarna Bank AB. Each provider operates under their own terms and conditions, which will be presented during checkout.
