The Durkopp Adler 527 Zig Zag Long Arm is offered in a variety of sizes and specs. Featuring a thread trimmer (CLASSIC) for secure cutting of thick threads up to 20/3, modified lubrication and a reservoir in the machine arm reduce maintenance and protect the hook against wear.

An optimized thread trimming system with adjustable bobbin break spring (CLASSIC version) brings improved stitching results. Needle thread tension regulation and an ergonomic bobbin winder with easier max. value adjustment further enhance the user experience. Additionally, the long arm Zig Zag has a reduced noise level and less vibrations to create a more comfortable work environment.
