• Quick setup; simply adjust width and cylinder stroke
• Utilizes the hopper method, rather than a vacuum; eliminates need for plastic liners and “sit down” noise
• High-volume output; up to four cushions per minute; 12-second cycle. This machine provides high-volume output for almost any cushion or pillow. Its twelve-second cycle time fills cushions as fast as an operator can handle them – up to four per minute for some types of cushions.
• No plastic liners needed due to utilization of hopper method.
• Eliminates “sit-down” noise and the return problems associated with plastic liners.
• Setup takes less than a minute with two simple adjustments – width and cylinder-stroke length.
• Simple operation allows operators to learn to use the machine in just a few minutes.
• Hopper control brackets maintain perfect alignment of the upper and lower hoppers at all times.
