• Bottom-Feed Micro-Adjustment: This model includes a manual micro-adjusting screw that changes the bottom feed ratio while keeping the needle feed fixed. This configuration helps fine-tune feed timing to prevent uneven puckering or pitch errors across heavy material plies.
• Integrated Bed Knee-Lifter: The knee-lifter mechanism is built directly into the casting of the machine bed rather than dangling from the oil pan. This structural change reduces the leg effort required to lift the presser foot up to its full 16mm capacity.
• Push-Button Safety Clutch: If a thread nest jams the large vertical hook, a mechanical safety clutch instantly breaks connection to the lower drive shaft. You can easily reset the mechanism by clearing the jam and depressing a small push-button located on the top surface of the bed.

• Alternate Foot Stroke Adjustment (The Walking Foot height): The manual bevelled wheel mechanism on the right hand side, top of the machine allows the alternating vertical travel height of the walking foot and presser foot to be adjusted dynamically between 2.5mm and 6.5mm. This mechanical adjustment ensures that when climbing over cross-seams or multi-layered thick sections (like heavy upholstery overlaps), the walking foot "steps" high enough to clear the obstruction without dragging or altering the stitch length.
• Bottom-Feed Micro-Adjustment: Positioned as a core physical tuning feature on the standard head, it allows the engineer to slightly alter the timing or movement ratio of the lower feed dog while keeping the needle-bar feed completely fixed. This allows the user to prevent ply-slippage or matching-errors when sewing tricky modern synthetic composite fabrics.
• High-Visibility Needle Area: The machine casting narrows strategically around the needle entry zone. This geometry gives the operator an uncompromised line of sight when doing complex topstitching, corner stitching, or matching delicate leather edges.
